Is this kind to

The times rape suspects self id.jpg

Saturday April 17 2021

So now a dangerously violent rapist gets to choose to go to a woman's prison in Scotland.

No Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC) needed, all he needs to do is say "I'm a woman" i.e. declare he identifies as a woman. No investigation in to his motives for the declaration, no investigation into whether he actually has gender dysphoria, just a self declaration.

The victim will have to recount everything that happened to her in court using female pronouns for her rapist and always refer to her rapist as "she". If she refuses she will be in contempt of court, which means she could be fined or go to prison herself.

No one can dead name the rapist (discuss his birth name).

The media will have to report the rapist as "she" confusing the fact that this is a male crime.

Another male rape is put on female crime statics.

For woman prisoners housed with this violent rapist, who have probably already suffered male violence, who are likely in prison for minor crimes, to be incarcerated with violent rapists is the most inhumane punishment for women. I am sure Scottish women will not take this lightly.

No consideration has been given for women's safety in prison, or the victim of the rape. This is an absolute attack on women's human rights!

"With a stroke of the legislative pen, Holyrood has made Scotland the most stringent regulator of speech in the United Kingdom.."

Women's rights have been severely affected, with cross dressers now having more rights then women. One women said "how is it right that I could go to prison for defending biology?"

Landmark Forensic Medical Services Bill Passes by landslide (Scotland)
10 Dec 2020

The Bill ensures that rape survivors have expedient access to NHS support through self referral, where someone can access a forensic exam even if they haven’t decided whether to report to the police. This allows crucial evidence to be captured and stored for potential future use.

The controversy around this Bill was caused when Labour MSP Johann Lamont successfully amended the bill by asking "for the word "gender" substitute "sex"" leading to the #sixwords. This amendment allowed women to choose a biological woman examiner. This was very unpopular with people who think gender should replace sex.
